The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the major attractions. We loved being able to walk everywhere and explore the beautiful streets of the old town. The hotel was tucked away on a quiet lane, so we didn't have to worry about any noise disturbing our sleep. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with recommendations for nearby restaurants. The breakfast room, although small, offered a delicious spread to start our day.

The hairdryer in our room was not working, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite this minor inconvenience, our overall experience at the hotel was exceptional.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of Vienna. The reception from Andrew was wonderful, providing excellent customer service. Despite our stolen electronics, Andrew went above and beyond to help us find a charger and cable for our iPhones. He even recommended a great restaurant and arranged a taxi to the airport. The breakfast had a good selection and the free upgrade to a suite was a pleasant surprise. The hotel had a lovely Sissi Style ambiance and the location was perfect for exploring the city. a fantastic experience with friendly staff and great service.

Hotel was fairly clean and quirky, I loved its very good staff and location. Exceptionally comfortable beds, an iron with ironing board, an electronic key card and a work desk were a nice touch. Walking distance to a cathedral and an opera house. Had warm dishes in a good restaurant.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions like the opera house, St Stephen's Church, and the Hofburg Palace. There were also many dining options nearby. The suite I stayed in was spacious with a large bathroom. The receptionist, Sam, was incredibly helpful during check-out and with handling my luggage.

The air conditioner was quite loud and stopped working during a heatwave, which made the top floor rooms uncomfortable.

As a couple, we loved the elegant and cozy furnishings in the Maria Theresia style, and the excellent soundproofing. The location was perfect, just a short walk from famous attractions like Wiener Staatsoper and St. Stephen's Cathedral. The breakfast was wonderful, with a wide variety of choices, including freshly cooked eggs. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and they assisted us with everything we needed.
